1. Cosmetic-grade sericite powder (Sericite) is a kind of natural fine-grained muscovite, which belongs to the layered structure of silicate. It belongs to monoclinic crystal (the crystal chemical formula is: K0.5-1(Al,Fe,Mg)2(SiAl)4O10 (OH) 2·nH2O, the crystal is scaly with silky luster. The natural composition of sericite and its unique structure give it soft touch, soft-focus luster, good affinity, strong skin adhesion, etc. It has a soft texture and good ductility compared with mica.
