In the dashboard skeleton layer, the PP+mica blending system can more effectively reduce shrinkage, increase dimensional stability and scratch resistance compared to other PP+talc/glass fiber systems.

Application suggestions: The dashboard system requires high rigidity, high toughness and extremely high dimensional stability (required for collision protection). When we choose mica, we need to take into account the diameter-thickness ratio and particle size index of mica. High diameter-thickness ratio, high particle size distribution concentration, and appropriate particle size interval are the three magic weapons to ensure the successful application of mica in this system.
