GR composite titanium dioxide pigment is a new composite white pigment prepared by selective structural appearance and particle size distribution similar to titanium dioxide, with reactive surfaces as the basic raw material (core), and TiO2 is the envelope. It is prepared by using high-tech technologies such as new material modification composite preparation, inorganic envelope, powder homogenization, etc. through the division and refinement of the two, surface hydroxylation transformation and mechanical force chemical reactions. It has the same or similar physical and chemical properties as titanium dioxide powder, and therefore has the properties of titanium dioxide pigment. The products are widely used in coatings, plastics, rubbers, inks and other industries, and can obtain the same technical performance as the use of titanium dioxide and significantly reduce the production cost of the product.

The production and application of GR composite titanium dioxide pigments is an effective way to solve the shortage of titanium resources in titanium dioxide production, reduce environmental pollution, and improve the utilization rate of titanium dioxide resources. The preparation and application technology of the product has been approved by the Beijing Science and Technology Commission and has been assessed to reach the international advanced level.
